How many framework sessions do you actually need

This is the question we get asked more than any other, and the honest answer takes longer than a number.

We get this question constantly.

And giving it an honest answer takes a little longer than just handing you a number.

So here it is, in full, instead of the shortcut.

Your honest answer here shapes the honest answer to the question above.

01

What one session gives you

From the first session, you can approach a new problem on your own.

We've watched it happen enough times across students to believe it.

Approach isn't the same as solving every problem without effort.

It means you know how to start, and where to look when you're stuck, instead of just freezing.

02

What more sessions build on top of that

One session proves the approach works. More sessions are what make it automatic across topics you haven't covered yet.

What tends to happen across five to ten sessions:

  • The approach gets tested on topics we haven't covered together yet
  • Your own habits and blind spots become visible, not just the general ones every student has
  • Speed catches up to understanding, so it actually holds under interview pressure

This isn't a number we picked to sell more sessions.

It's what it tends to take for a new way of thinking to become your default, instead of something you only remember inside the room where you learned it.

03

What we'll tell you honestly

We won't tell you to book ten sessions if two are already doing the job.

We watch whether the approach is actually sticking, and we say so either way.

The outcome, plainly

You don't need to decide the number today.

Book one. See what changes.

Then decide, with actual evidence instead of a guess.

If one session already gets you approaching problems differently, what would five more make automatic?

Until you can solve it on your own.
