What we offer

We provide 1-on-1 mentorship, mock interviews, and the DSA framework session, along with free tools and content. Our sessions are educational and guidance-based. We do not guarantee jobs, placements, interview calls, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your own effort.

Bookings and payments

• The DSA framework session is a 60-minute one-to-one session priced at ₹1,499 + 18% GST (₹1,769), paid in full when you book it.
• All sessions are booked by paying up front. A slot is only reserved once payment succeeds. Starting a booking without completing payment holds the slot for a few minutes and then releases it.
• The 1:1 mentorship call is booked with a ₹69 seat deposit. Mock interviews are paid in full at booking (₹599 for one hour, ₹999 for two).
• The ₹69 mentorship deposit is refundable on the terms set out in the Refund Policy. In short, you get it back if you attend the call and tell us it was not worth your time. It is not refunded if you do not attend.
• You can add one or two weeks of follow-up support to the DSA session, at ₹999 + 18% GST per week. You can add a week when you book, or ask for it during the session itself. It cannot be added after the session ends, and week 2 can only be bought after week 1.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, and support UPI, cards and netbanking. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Scheduling, rescheduling & conduct

• Bookings for all sessions open from the next day onward.
• Once you buy the DSA framework session, it can be rescheduled at most once. It cannot be cancelled or refunded (see the Refund Policy).
• Please join on time. If you do not show up for a booked session without telling us, it is treated as delivered.
• You agree to use the sessions respectfully and not to record, resell, or redistribute our material without permission.

Waitlists

Where slots are full, you may join a waitlist. Invitations are sent in the order joined (first come, first served). An invitation includes a payment link that is valid for 24 hours. If it is not paid in time, the slot may be offered to the next person.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hello placements is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or sessions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
