Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply to payments made to hello placements. Because our sessions are live, 1-on-1, and time-bound, please read this before paying.
Priority slot (₹99)
- The ₹99 priority slot fee is non-refundable. It secures your session ahead of the queue and is fully adjusted against the session price.
- Exception: if we are unable to offer you a workable session slot within 7 days of your priority payment, we will refund the ₹99 in full.
DSA framework session (₹1,499)
- Once you buy the DSA framework session, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- You may reschedule it at most once — just let us know in advance and we’ll find another time together.
- No-shows without prior notice are treated as delivered.
Extensions (₹999/week)
Once you buy an extension, it is non-refundable.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent back by UPI to the account you paid from, typically within 5–7 business days. To request a refund, email hello@helloplacements.com with your name and payment details.
