• Details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and anything you tell us about your background when you book a session or join a waitlist.
• Payment information: when you pay, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers — Razorpay handles that securely.
• Usage data: basic, first-party analytics such as pages visited, approximate location (city/country), device type, and the source that referred you (for example, a link from Instagram). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and deliver the sessions you book, including sending confirmation emails and meeting links.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your booking, waitlist position, or payment.
• To process payments and, where applicable, issue refunds.
• To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service — our payment gateway (Razorpay), email delivery, and calendar/video-meeting providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver your session. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
